Ryan Walked!

Ryan decided that he wanted to walk for graduation.  So on May 5, we celebrated his accomplishments.  He actually graduated in December in Management Information Systems with a minor in Accounting.  I am very proud of him.  He is the first in his family to receive his Bachelor's Degree.

It was too crazy to try and get down there to take a picture so I got a picture of the new jumbo tron for lack of something better to call it in the Spectrum.

Showing off his case.  We actually got the diploma over a month ago.

Linden and Sarah are very happy that daddy finally graduated!!!

Mandee enjoyed hanging out with Grandpa Gummer.

Thanks Kelly and Linda for coming down to celebrate with us. It was a fun day!!

And of course the family had to pose.  I guess the sun was bright because we didn't get the girls to look.

Easter Fun and Showtime!!!

1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Weston, planned by my mom and I. Linden and Sarah loved it. They helped get ready for it and couldn't wait until the day came. We hid over 3,000 eggs and prizes.

We spent Easter in Idaho Falls and had a great time.

Family Picture on Easter Sunday.

The girls in their matching dresses!!

The boys with their matching ties and tie tacks.

Amanda met Grandma Pat for the first time because last time we were up she was sick.

Crazy cousins on the stairs. My kids love going to Idaho Falls and playing with their cousins. Linden informed us that we are moving there. I told him he would miss everyone down here and he told me they would move with us. Oh if life were that simple. I love seeing life through Linden and Sarah's eyes.

Linden, Sarah, Sydney, & Maggie tumbled in the recent Angela's All Stars show. Natalie continued teaching tumbling after I quit in December. Here the kids are ready for the show.

Christmas in April!!

Linden's Christmas present is finally complete. Things got a little crazy around here at Christmas time and the barn is finally complete.
Here's a picture on Christmas morning with Linden and his barn.

Here's a picture of Linden with his finished barn. That is all he has done for two days is play with the barn.
This is the front view. It has Grandpa Linden's brand. Ryan patterned this barn after his Grandpa Linden Beckstead's barn. That is where our Linden got his name.

This is the back view of the barn and grandpa's barn looks just the same. If you ever go to the Whitney cemetery to see President Benson's grave, you can see Grandpa's barn.

This is inside the barn. As you can see, it is huge. My mom thinks we need a barn room in our house. Since we don't even have enough room for the people who are in this house, luckily it fits in the kids bedroom.

On this side of the barn we have the Alvin Hull Beckstead brand and the OW brand that my grandpa and his dad and possibly even farther back used.

And on this side we have the Van Woodward brand. He got this brand when he had cattle on the Arrowhead Ranch in Salmon.

We couldn't go without including Sarah in the post. She likes to get out of bed after we have said good night and get books. This is literally what we found the other night and we couldn't resist taking a picture of our sleeping beauty. By the way, she was upside down on her bed.

And this last picture of our kids. I had Mandee down on the floor and the other two laid down next to her and told me to take a picture. I love them.

Blessing Amanda

We blessed Amanda on March 11. It was a great day! Thanks to everyone who came. Nate and Erin planned to come but ended up being sick. I promised to blog lots of pictures, so there are lots. Erin these are for you.

She is such a sweet and beautiful baby. We are so happy to have her in our family.

Linden and Sarah are very proud of their baby Amanda. They are also very helpful!!

We are so grateful for awesome grandparents!!

Grandpa Van & Grandma Greta!

Grandpa Gummer and Grandma Linda!

Grandpa Cowboy and Granny Annie as my kids call her. Hope that's okay grandma, their dad taught them.

Grandpa Kail. Grandma Pat was sick and unable to come the day we saw grandpa.

Aunt Kaye! The closest thing my kids have to a great grandma on my side of the family. My kids love Aunt Kaye!

Eli was born on Mandee's due date and Randon and Nicole came up to the blessing. We had to get a few pictures of them. There is not a baby shortage in the Beckstead family this year.

Nicole and I traded babies for a picture. The babies weren't real happy about it, but I thought Nicole and I looked good.

Here they are together. I know they will be best buddies.

We got a picture of the whole Kelly and Linda clan. Their posterity is growing.

I love this picture of Grandma and Amanda!

We had to take this picture of Linden wrestling with Linden and Grandpa Gummer. He loves his grandpas!!

Hello World!

Amanda has started to be more awake. She is finally ready to be born and say hello to the world. I had to share some pictures of our cute little baby girl.

Linden and Sarah are both very proud of their little sister. Natalie asked if she could take Mandee home and Sarah said, "No you can't, she is our baby." Linden never leaves her side. He is always near when Mandee is around.

Here's Mandee!!!

I love it when her eyes are open. They are so bright!

Linden and Sarah got a lot of games for Christmas. They also got this cool table for Christmas. This is a picture of them playing with their friends Garrett and Leah who are moving. We are sad they are going and had one last play date.
